TITLE: Senior Manager, ESG and Sustainability

Our Social Impact team leads our global impact programs, enabling our ability to achieve our purpose across the globe. The team is responsible for our ESG and sustainability programs, community engagement, and global giving.
We're looking for a senior manager to operationalize our ESG and sustainability programs. This includes setting key objectives, implementing program goals and outcomes, and leading our impact reporting. This new role is a hybrid role and will report directly to our VP, Social Impact, and will integrate ESG and sustainability across the COMPANY. You will directly influence how we achieve our global impact priorities and develop authentic connections with the communities we serve.
YOU WILL:
Strategy and Program Management
- Support our ESG and sustainability strategy, including the development of goals and outcomes.
- Lead the implementation of our enterprise wide ESG and sustainability strategy in partnership with leaders across the business, to deliver outcomes at scale.
- Lead program management to drive changes across the business, track progress, and report upon progress against goals. This includes supporting system and process changes, while working with global teams to increase ESG awareness, commitment, and accountability.
- Develop trusted relationships across the business, including providing expertise and recommendations to our global teams to support the successful execution of our programs.
- Analyze the applicability of ESG and sustainability frameworks, directives, and regulatory requirements, providing thought partnership with our finance and legal teams.
Impact Reporting
- Support the collection and validation of data across our impact and sustainability programs (e.g., emissions and other ESG data) to prepare transparent, accurate, and complete disclosures.
- Manage vendor relationships required for accurate and complete reporting.
- Work closely with our communications and investor relations teams to support stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
- Deliver our impact reporting annually to external stakeholders, from strategy through execution.
Community Engagement and Global Giving
- As part of our broader social impact team, support our community engagement and global giving programs on an as-needed basis. This could include supporting global giving campaigns, global crisis response, employee volunteering and supporting community engagement/partnerships.
YOU HAVE:
- Deep commitment to our mission and cultural values
- 7+ years experience with cross-functional program management or related areas, including excellent project management and prioritization. Specific areas of experience will include:
- Managing complex projects, influencing and collaborating across global teams;
- Supporting change management, including setting strategy, action plans, and achieving outsized results
- Communicating with impact to senior leaders and global teams.
- 2+ years experience in a formal ESG, sustainability, social impact, or corporate social responsibility position
- Experience analyzing and reporting upon financial and non-financial data, including a deep understanding of climate data and disclosures
- Known for your ability to bring people with differing experiences together around a common goal
- Experience building trusted relationships internally and in the community
- Can remain agile to changing and growing business needs
- Experience and an interest in building programs at scale
- A passion for engaging in ESG and social impact topics and trends
