When Coveo joined the 1% Pledge on November 30th 2022, we were determined to focus on Knowledge and Education as the center of our Pledge. Our initiatives prioritize programs for young people (between the ages of 6 & 18) from vulnerable social groups. At Coveo, we believe that universal access to knowledge and education is the ultimate social equalizer and that it is critically important to support children as much as possible during their formative years.
We view our pledge as an investment in our community and in our collective future. We also envision this as a pathway to building a unified company, where shared values and social causes drive us forward together in solidarity. Pledging 1% puts us in a great position to build both a stronger business and brighter future for us all.
1% of Equity
We made our first round of donations on August 8th, and our 2nd round on October 5th of this year. We will continue to support organizations financially every quarter.
We support different organizations working with disadvantaged youths following a holistic approach:
- Educating the mind: Actua, Girlstart
- Educating the body: Pour 3 Points
- Educating the spirit: Love

We partnered with Allôprof to offer Coveo’s technology for free deliver a better experience to their users on their website, with improved access to their amazing educational content.
Allôprof empowers students, parents, and teachers with free professional services, tools, and digital resources.
1% of Time
Coveans are very generous with their time. They are passionate about giving back and supporting their communities. We are inspired every day by their motivation and dedication towards helping others.
Coveo provides each employee with 2 full paid days per year to volunteer. Several volunteer initiatives take place every quarter - including tree planting, neighbourhood cleanups, fundraising for local hospitals, delivering meals to the elderly and feeding the hungry at soup kitchens.
We are building stronger partnerships with our main foundations (Actua, Girlstart, Love and Pour 3 Points) to provide them not only with financial support every quarter, but to offer them our time and expertise. We want to help these foundations grow and continue to have a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children for years to come.
We are so proud of the progress we have made this year and are very excited about the future. We all have our part to play to help the next generation of young professionals. Each and every child has limitless potential. They just need the right resources and support.
