Last year, GivingTuesday, the global movement that celebrates generosity worldwide, asked, “What if everyone around the world, gave together, on one day?” At ActiveCampaign, when we give together, to us that means having an active impact on our community around the world.

 

ActiveCampaign has been fortunate to grow in so many ways. From the size of our team, revenue, customers in over 150 countries who grow with us, and offices, our reach has truly gone global – and for that we are growing with so much gratitude. As a global, distributed company, ActiveCampaign will give around the world this #givingtuesday, and we are humbled to be in a position to do so.

 

Last year, we formed ActiveImpact, the vehicle by which ActiveCampaign gives back. What started as a committee to organize volunteer opportunities and collective giving, has blossomed to become a fundamental part of ActiveCampaign’s identity and culture. It’s not just what we do, it’s who we are, so it was without hesitation that we joined Pledge 1%. Since taking the pledge, we’ve launched a number of new initiatives to drive our #ActiveImpact.

 

1. Volunteer time off

 

Every employee at ActiveCampaign gets 3 paid days a year to volunteer!

● 1 day dedicated to a passion project

● 1 day for team volunteering and community outreach

● 1 company organized service day

2. Mentoring

 

We are committed to supporting youth entrepreneurship and empowering the next generation of founders.

3. Fundraising

 

Instead of giving out swag at our Dreamforce conference booth, ActiveCampaign gave back to the Tech Community! We handed out tokens around our booth – and for every token returned to our booth we donated $5 to Girls Who Code.

ActiveImpact is all about staying engaged. This GivingTuesday, we’ll kick things off in our Chicago headquarters with the #ChiTechFoodDrive, benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
