We want all Pledge 1% Community members to have a positive and seamless experience while interacting with our community site, but support needs & technical glitches are inevitable. Following are ways to connect with the community team for additional support:

If the Community Help menu did not provide the needed guidance, users can submit a support ticket via our support email. Submissions create an official case within our system & are assigned to the most appropriate team member for follow-up.
