I'm passionate about growing community, building people up and helping find the tools that empower them to become experts, leaders, mentors, and creative contributors. In my current role I'm working to build community around the global Pledge 1% movement. Our goal is to create a new normal in which giving back is integrated into the DNA of companies of all sizes. Pledge 1% encourages and challenges individuals and companies to pledge 1% of equity, profit, and/or employee time to making the world a better place. A better world is possible. The Pledge 1% Community inspires and empowers members to have a positive impact.
