At Charter Hall, 'doing good together' isn't just a saying—it's what we do. This year we invested over $5 million by donating up to 1% of our profits, spaces and people’s time to benefit Australian communities.
We contributed over $1.4 million to support communities, a 16% increase from last year. During crises like recent floods, we united with GIVIT, contributing $100,000 to aid families in northern New South Wales and Queensland.
Beyond donations, we partnered with community organisations and social enterprises to provide over $1.5 million in underutilised space, as well as generate 210 employment outcomes for vulnerable Australians.
But it's not just about the numbers; it's about our people. Our team rallied, volunteering an incredible 3,403 hours. We did a lot—cooking meals, packing hampers, helping wildlife, regenerating land and much more.
