This March, our community will come together to celebrate the fantastic accomplishments of women in the Pledge 1% movement as part of #WomenWhoLead, our month-long annual campaign in honor of Women’s History Month. All throughout March, we will be publishing stories that spotlight female members in our community, sharing the many ways they are making a difference.
If you or someone you know is interested in sharing their story, please complete the quick nomination form below Monday, February 6th.📅 After the deadline, our team will reach out to the nominees directly with the next steps.
The campaign officially kicks off on March 1 and all stories will be posted here in the Pledge 1% Community and across our social media. We encourage you to follow this series throughout the month and share your own stories of success.
Thanks! And we look forward to celebrating with you!

This is a great initiaitve! Even more imporant than highlighting women (who make up a majority of impact professionals) is highlighting other underrepresented groups. Would love to see another one for a different population like for black history month, latinx month, asian history month, month, gay pride month, etc.
