The Pledge 1% Community is a safe online space where social impact leaders can share insights, discuss best practices, engage as thought-leaders, drive trending topics, and inspire one another to achieve their goals. You'll find quality resources to help get your initiatives started, leverage your assets for good and create a momentum of change.
We'll use this Community Welcome forum to keep you updated on the latest features, activities, and fun here on the Pledge 1% Community Platform. Review the steps below and start your journey as a Pledge 1% Community member.
Your First Steps as a Pledge 1% Community Member :
1. Review the Community Guidelines
Our mission is to work together with you to grow the Pledge 1% movement. We’ll accomplish that by collaborating, sharing experiences, and building side-by-side here in the community. Please review the Community Guidelines for our best practices on engagement before getting started.
2. Get Started as a Pledge 1% Member
Just took the Pledge, but not sure how to get started on your program? Make sure to walk through the Pledge 1% Onboarding where we'll help you think through your journey, from creating a program that fits your business to announcing it to the world.
Here as a Guest exploring how your company can join the Pledge 1% Movement? Review why your organization should take the Pledge, how you can gain executive buy-in.
Once you have your profile setup you'll want to let the community know you're here and break the ice with an introduction. Let us know why you joined, what causes your passionate about, or what initiatives your company are currently working on.
Completing steps 1-4 will get you well on your way to building social impact into your corporate DNA and building up your network of peers who share the same dedication to being a force for good. With the help of the Pledge 1% Builders, we've created Playbooks with easy-to-implement ideas to help your team and company leverage your resources to give back.
Join us online (and hopefully in-person some day soon!) for virtual events covering relevant topics in a variety of different formats. Ask questions and listen in to some of our experienced community members as they share the steps and resources that helped them in their journey from pledge to action and action to impact.
