Amy Lesnick is the Chief Executive and President of Pledge 1%. With over 20 years of experience leading, scaling, and advising early-stage, high-growth ventures, Amy is a tech industry veteran. She’s especially passionate about the intersection of technology and social change, as well as initiatives that simultaneously empower individuals and engage communities.
Prior to leading Pledge 1%, Amy led the Full Circle Fund, a prestigious engaged philanthropy organization focused on cultivating the next generation of community leaders, as its CEO/Executive Director, functioned as Vice President for United Way of the Bay Area, and served as Indiegogo's Head of Cause. Amy's extensive experience also includes the McKinsey & Company, American Airlines/SABRE, and Netscape, where she launched Netscape’s first web-based email product and led Netscape’s first online news stand.
