I am the founder and CEO of Providus Technologies, an AI company with teams in Dubai and Karachi. We build AI workflows for finance and operations teams, so people spend their time making decisions instead of flipping through paperwork.
Education is where I started. At university I was part of Umeed, a student-run nonprofit working on education, and that is still the work I care about most. I mentor students, mostly on getting into technology careers and on the gap between what they learn and what a job actually asks for.
Providus works with nonprofits too. We have built and run technology for charities, including Salesforce and web systems for a UK education charity. Joining Pledge 1% is how I want to make that part of the company deliberate instead of occasional.
