We wanted to share this recent published study by McKinsey around the "Great Resignation". So many of you are doing amazing things to attract and retain your talent, including elevating social impact as an employee benefit and company core value.

Just shared this with our l/ship team - it sounds like the challenge isn't going away any time soon, and I liked the distinction between transactional and relational + employer/employee perspectives.

We're revisiting our existing 1 day p.a. with a nominated charity policy and looking to tailor a more substantive policy with the 1% pledge and skilled volunteering.

Hi Tim - it went well! Put it to our CEO and disseminated to the ELT and have verbal okay. There's some moving parts to set-up regarding announcing it and amending the policy for donated time, but the arguments from the above article (as well as the 1% Pledge site were put to good use).
