Curious if anyone else caught this article - "What to expect from sustainability and social impact in 2024" - from Fast Company. . . What did you think?

Thanks for sharing @Alicia_Schmidt - this resonates with a conversation @Alison_Michalk and I had last year (so recent!) around Quiip's commitment to lowering their carbon footprint by reducing travel (you can read their 2023 Impact Report here Quiip's 2023 Impact Report ).
At Atlassian there's been a new rollout of internal staff incentives with expanded "wellness" focus, which I found interesting to see reflected in the article's comments around an increasing focus on the "S" in ESG- "many companies have prioritized offering benefits that address specific midlife health and lifestyle concerns, while research suggests that benefits tailored to employees’ needs can have an impact on retention and performance."HOW ATLASSIAN BUILT A PEOPLE-FIRST CULTURE
Very keen to hear how others in the Pledge networks are looking at ESG going into 2024, and what (if anything!) resonated with them from this article!
