I've just finished readingCulture Amp's 2023 EDI Report, highlighting the company's efforts and progress over the last year in building a representative, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
And it's GREAT. The level of transparency, accountability, and tracking for their progress is fantastic - including goals that weren't achieved, and how this can be improved and learnings from this experience. For example, they achieved 100% of their goal "33% of new Campers at the VP level identify as BIPOC", but saw no improvement in their goal "Campers with mental disabilities positive responses to questions about career opportunities increases by 10% points".
