One of the unexpected benefits of joining the Pledge 1% community has been the quality of people I’ve met.
I recently caught up with Jimmy, a passionate young urban planner I met through PowerConnect. What started as a simple introduction turned into a great conversation about housing, infrastructure, planning reform and how we can create better outcomes for our communities.
It reminded me that giving back isn’t always about money. Sometimes it’s about sharing experiences, making introductions, asking good questions and helping someone else think through a challenge.
These conversations create a ripple effect. One coffee can spark a new idea, a new partnership or a completely different way of looking at a problem.
