Pledge 1% member HEX has developed an industry projects and micro-internships platform for students and reskillers. This platform is designed to scale access to work experiences and industry projects for students (with a strong focus on underrepresented groups) while reducing the operational burden on Pledge 1% companies who are trying to source talent and manage internships / grad programs. We support a Children's Foundation and usually, we do the activities in one of their units. This time was the first time when they were able to go to an external location. We have chosen a Municipal Park with many trees and plenty of space for them to play. It was a lovely day. These donations will be reverted to profit to help children in vulnerable situations.
