We are working on parameters for a general volunteer program that will focus on geography - global virtual events based on time zone, regional events that are in-person where it makes sense and virtual, and then local events in-person and virtual. We want to bring people together as much as possible since everyone is dispersed even more.
I'm also working on a pro bono volunteer program to match employees with nonprofits, much like Twilio's Impact Corps (thank you!). This will be product specific knowledge and also other general skills and expertise. Happy to share more and would love to hear what others are doing and lessons learned.
