Lauren is a Social Impact Specialist with the Foundation team at Atlassian, where she manages a global skilled volunteering program and employee engagement across Asia-Pacific. Her role involves program design, delivery and impact evaluation as well as stakeholder communications and engagement. Prior to joining Atlassian, Lauren coordinated a gender equity program for the Faculty of Engineering and IT at the University of Technology Sydney, including mentoring and school outreach programs. Lauren studied a Bachelor of Commerce and International Studies at the University of New South Wales and has volunteered for various non-profit organisations including the Freedom Hub and Good Return.
