About Us: Metaoups Technology Pvt Limited, established in 2018, a salesforce partner, is delivering salesforce based digital solution and products for various industries.
About Our Client: An NGO for education. Bal Utsav provides holistic intervention to revitalize Government schools benefiting millions of children by making focussed and sustainable interventions in infrastructure, Teacher development, Wash, and Scholarship programs. For the last couple of years, Bal Utsav has been responding to natural disaster across India.
Challenge: In response to a natural disaster, a major disconnects between what is need on the ground and what is getting supplied. This gap gets worsen in case of dynamic needs.
Impact Created: There was a major water flood in the western and southern parts of India. Which caused around 150 life and heavy casualties. Many have lost their homes and livelihood. Bal Utsav took up a major rescue and relief effort, especially in Karnataka and Kerala states. They had challenges managing the complete operation like fulfillment centers, warehouses management, collection centers, request for material, shipment, SMS, Email and tracking at such a large scale. Metaoups was onboarded and thought leadership from both the parties put up a solution in a quick turnaround.
Outcome: Bal Utsav realize their operation effectiveness folded 5 times with technology support.
