As Part of our Pledge to Action
We are honored to be in a position where we can give back to our communities. To date, we’ve done this by:
- Launching an employee charitable contribution matching program
- Launching a paid Volunteer-Time-Off (VTO) program for our employees
- Setting aside a portion of our profits to donate to various programs and organizations, including the Legal Defense Fund, the Innocence Project, and the Lake Cities Ballet Theatre
- Purchasing wish list items for a local addiction and recovery center (Solutions of North Texas)
As we look to the future, we are in the process of building out a Mentorship program for those recovering from drugs and alcohol, where we will provide:
- Training classes and environments
- Paid Salesforce Certification Exams for interested applicants
- Paid internships where interested applicants can begin to build out their skill sets and resumes
