What a night!
It wasn't long ago that we held our very first Pledge 1% member meet-up — a modest gathering of six people with a shared interest in doing business differently. One of those attendees was the team at Rosterfy, who generously offered to take the baton and host the next gathering at their Melbourne offices.

Last night was truly something special.
Over 35 Pledge members, "Pledge curious" guests, and nonprofit representatives came together for an evening centred on one of the most powerful levers for social impact: volunteering. We heard from two remarkable organisations - Orange Sky Australia and Foodbank Victoria - who shared openly about what's working in their volunteer programs, and where the real challenges lie. Both are tackling significant problems in our communities and have real, tangible needs - whether that's volunteers, financial support, or in-kind contributions.

But honestly? The conversations in the room were just as rich as the presentations. The energy was there from the moment people walked in - no icebreakers required.
