&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Measure and report on the impact of &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[COMPANY’s]&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;social impact programs and initiatives.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Senior Director of ESG Strategy and Initiatives, the Communications team, and Marketing leadership to communicate about social impact programs and initiatives.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thoughtfully advocate for social impact priorities within &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[COMPANY]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; including working with other functions to raise awareness of social impact issues and opportunities.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
