How do you help nonprofits with digital transformation?

I was just having a conversation about this with a friend this morning.

There's a lack of clarity / incentive by any current stakeholder to accelerate nonprofit digital transformation which leads to:

Misaligned incentives: disconnect between service provided and revenue sources
Scaling issues: inability for new revenue-generating startups to operationally scale their tools to nonprofit recipients
Commodified biz models: fragmented top-down infrastructure that's centered around givetech (ie. % of donations)
