Security and Compliance company Ostendio continues Social Impact work

We're so happy to announce that we have launched our second Annual Social Impact Report. In our report, we highlight our volunteers and their activities, our DEI initiatives, and the organizations that our team has supported during 2023.

As a growing security and compliance company, we have been Pledge 1% members since 2017, and continue to focus on giving back to our communities. We have introduced 6 paid days of volunteer leave for every employee and a charitable donations matching program.

We have big plans!

@MElliott, thank you for sharing your Annual Social Impact Report with the community! This resource is fantastic, especially for those just starting their pledge programs.

It's inspiring to see how many volunteer hours are given back annually. How have you kept Ostendio employees so engaged and active in your volunteer program?

Thanks @Michelle Fifis ! We work hard to keep the topic of giving back at the forefront of our conversations. We created a "Culture Club" and team members have volunteered to join this group to promote social responsibility initiatives. Members of the Culture Club meet at least once a month to plan activities and ways to promote volunteering. We try to have at least one activity a month whether it is a volunteering day, discussion of charitable activities, or creating awareness around wellness.
