    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've just finished readingCulture Amp's 2023 EDI Report, highlighting the company's efforts and progress over the last year in building a representative, equitable, and inclusive workplace.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And it's GREAT. The level of transparency, accountability, and tracking for their progress is fantastic - including goals that weren't achieved, and how this can be improved and learnings from this experience.
