I think is a pivotal time for any organisation, how can we think global and act local on recovery from not just loss of jobs over last 20 months and also onboard newly available into the market individuals (finished studies) that is relevant to your organisation. Tap into a wider potential, enrich and diversify your people force and therefor your products/services.
